On May 1st, 2019, the Hoffmann family has acquired Coral Cay Adventure Miniature Golf which has been a local Naples favorite for over thirty years. The Hoffmann family’s recent acquisitions include WeddingLux Event Planning and Design, EventLux Social Celebration Planning and Design, GlobalWorks Events and Destination Management, Naples Transportation & Tours, Naples Princess Cruises, and more recently Kaleidoscope Florals, are part of their ongoing commitment to the future growth and vision of Naples, Florida and the Hospitality sector.
Joe Silverii has managed the Coral Cay Adventure Miniature Golf course since 1993. Coral Cay has a 36-hole layout, with two 18-hole courses: the Cave course and the Falls (continuous “misty” waterfall) course. The course brings in young and old. Joe Silverii says, “One of the great things about Coral Cay, and mini golf in general, is that the target market includes just about everybody. We get everywhere from grandparents with their grandchildren visiting, to high school kids on a date on Friday night, families, seniors — we cover all ages. We have some serious golfers, guys who bring their own putters. We also have many photo opportunities for families. It’s all about having fun.’”
There are future plans to add more successful Naples businesses which fit in with the Hoffmann family vision with David Hoffmann saying, “We want to make downtown Naples into a Disneyland for adults where people love to live and vacation in the Naples and Southwest Florida area.” The acquisition of Coral Cay Adventure Golf, Naples, Florida is part of a long range expansion in the event and high-end gala planning enterprise as part of the Hoffmann family’s diversified portfolio of the hospitality sector. Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate is the largest owner of commercial real estate in Naples, Florida with more than 20 properties valued in excess of $300 million.
