The Hoffmann Family Of Companies has signed a letter of intent to purchase The Java Butler, a complete coffee service company, servicing high end clients in the South Florida region such as BMW, Clive|Daniel, Fidelity Investments, Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Rolls Royce and many more. Founded by Tico Moreno in 2003, The Java Butler focuses on offering only the best equipment and service for their customers while being an innovator to the market by bringing state of the art equipment such as the deJong Virtu machine, a touch screen unit first brought to the state of Florida by Tico. By providing quality service and equipment, clients can concentrate on servicing their own customers’ needs, rather than investing their time and cash flow on items not directly related to their business.

“I welcome the opportunity of joining the Hoffmann Family of Companies. It allows The Java Butler to move on to the next stage and grow to serve not only new clients but also new areas of business. It is a great opportunity to partner with people of outstanding moral values and sharp business practices. It is a win-win arrangement. The Java Butler will continue to offer quality, technology and service now with added motivation. It is a great fit to partner with Stan’s Coffee and Bob Payne.” – Tico Moreno, founder The Java Butler. The Java Butler will move in and operate out of the Stan’s Coffee and Food Service 35,000-square-foot headquarters based in Lehigh Acres, FL. Stan’s Coffee and Food Service was recently purchased by the Hoffmann Family of Companies in 2019 which in addition to selling coffee and related products, the company warehouses and sells a variety of dry grocery items to the food service industry.
“It has been my pleasure to have known Tico for the past 10 years, I first met Tico at an office coffee service convention in Chicago, and I knew immediately that he was a trustworthy businessman. Ethical, integrity, honesty, genuine, respect, best describes Tico Moreno and The Java Butler and for those exact reasons is why Hoffmann Stan’s Coffee has pursued a business relationship with The Java Butler. He shares the same values as Hoffmann Stan’s Coffee along with the Hoffmann Family of Companies and will be a great fit to the family.” Bob Payne, President of Stan’s Coffee and Food Services.
The Hoffmanns are the largest commercial real estate owners in Naples with 33 properties valued north of $500million and have purchased 28 operating businesses in FL, a majority in the hospitality and service industry:
“Tico and The Java Butler’s team in addition to Stan’s Coffee combined now offer nearly a century of knowledge in the coffee industry and is a fantastic addition to the Hoffmann Family of Companies and a great fit for many of our hospitality companies. We look forward to Bob and Tico working together and growing their brands side by side.” states David Hoffmann, chairman of Hoffmann Family of Companies.
