The Hoffmann Family Of Companies has acquired Stan’s Coffee and Food Service which was established in 1955 as a family business. In addition to selling coffee and related products, the company warehouses and sells a variety of dry grocery items to the food service industry.
Stan’s Coffee and Food Service is a member of the UniPro Foodservice group of independent distributors in the US and operates out of its newly rebuilt 35,000 square foot facility in Lehigh Acres, FL. The company with its 31 full time employees service customers located primarily in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.
“As President of Stan’s Coffee and Food service, I am very excited for Stan’s to join the Hoffmann Family of Companies in the hospitality and entertainment arena. After meeting David Hoffmann and his team, I found we have the same values for our employees as well as our customers. We share many synergies and visions for Southwest Florida. I am most impressed with the progressive ideas and plans that the Hoffmanns are pursuing. I look forward to a long successful business relationship with David and his team,” states Bob Payne.
The Hoffmanns are the largest commercial real estate owners in Naples with 30+ properties valued at around $500 million and have purchased 20+ operating businesses that employ more than 1,100 people in Southwest Florida.
“With over half a century of success, Stan’s Coffee and Food Service is a fantastic addition to the Hoffmann Family of Companies and a great fit for many of our hospitality companies. We’ll make Stan’s Coffee available at Hertz Arena as well as our popular downtown Naples restaurant, The Bevy and many other businesses locally and nationwide,” states David Hoffmann, chairman of Hoffmann Family of Companies.
