The Hoffmann Family of Companies has acquired Ziglin Signs of Washington, Missouri, a national manufacturer and distributor of custom business signage, as part of their continued Missouri and nationwide expansion.
Founded in 1997, Ziglin Signs has grown into a leader in the sign industry, occupying a 30,000 sq ft facility that houses state-of-the-art equipment, a two-story showroom, digital printers, CNC routers, paint booths, and sign manufacturing equipment, offering the most advanced roll-to-roll printers and large format flatbed printers on the market. Because of their size, Ziglin is the preferred sign manufacturer for national brands like Margaritaville, Chipotle, Denny’s, and Walmart.
Since the announcement of Hoffmann’s $150 million investments into Augusta, Missouri, and the surrounding area, Ziglin Signs has been the go-to sign manufacturer and installer for the area projects by the Hoffmanns, making the decision to acquire the company an easy one.

With the Hoffmann acquisition, Ziglin Signs has acquired the name of Signcraft Signs & Things of Naples, Florida. Ziglin will be absorbing the company’s clientele, expanding the service areas of Missouri and Illinois into the Florida market where the Hoffmann Family of Companies have a large presence and are the largest commercial real estate owners in Naples, Florida.
The acquisition of Ziglin Signs in Washington, Missouri, continues the commitment made by the Hoffmanns to investing in the Augusta, Missouri region and continues their plan of opening or acquiring a new business every 90 days for the foreseeable future, having recently acquired Hillermann Florist & Nursery, Schulte’s Bakery, NOA Medical Industries, and Mid-American Coaches, all of Washington, Missouri.
