The Hoffmann Family of Companies through Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate has entered into an agreement to purchase the Phoenix Shopping Center located off Highway 100 in Washington, Missouri and an additional 16 acres of undeveloped land, totaling 80 acres in all. The Phoenix Shopping Center currently has approximately 500,000 square feet of retail with over 50 tenants and is home to a number of national tenants including; Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohls and will be opening a new Aldi Grocery Store in the near future. Greg Hoffmann and Clayton Jones of Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate negotiated and evaluated the purchase on behalf of the Hoffmann Family of Companies.

The Hoffmann Family of Companies has continued to invest and expand their presence in Missouri through their $150 million investments into Augusta, Missouri and the surrounding area which now include: Augusta Winery, Balducci Vineyards, Montelle Winery, Mount Pleasant Estates, The Augusta Bakery & Coffee Shop, The Augusta Clothing Company, The Augusta Emporium, Augusta Golf Club, The Hoffmann Augusta Guest Collection, Augusta Vineyard Tours, Chateau Hoffmann Winery & Resort, Don’s Place, Dutzow Deli, Ferguson Valley Nurseries, Gallery Augusta, Hoffmann Hillermann Nursery & Florist, Hoffmann Gas, The Hoffmann Lodge, Kickstand Katy Trail (Defiance & Augusta), Knoernschild Vineyards, Mid-American Coaches, Miss Augusta, NOA International and NOA Medical Industries, Schulte’s Bakery, Town & Country Nursery & Landscaping and Ziglin Signs as well as 1,500 acres of agricultural land.

The Hoffmann Family of Companies has invested more than $350 million dollars in businesses and real estate in the past twelve months, 70% of that was in the United States. The company recently announced the purchase of Linstol in the United Kingdom, the largest distributor of airline headsets in the world servicing more than 100 airlines worldwide, including large
domestic and international carriers such as United Airlines and British Airways. Additionally in December, the company acquired a consulting company in Calgary, Alberta Canada that expanded the footprint of DHR Global, one of the largest executive search companies in the world which also has offices in Clayton, Missouri.
