JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with customers and provide high quality customer service, and maintain cleanliness of store. Demonstrate integrity and honesty while being a team player.

Ensure shop is in good working order
Assist customers with enthusiasm
Be knowledgeable about shop bikes
Adhere to all standard operating procedures
Wash bikes as needed
Other duties as assigned

Must have cycling industry experience and have bike repair knowledge
Ability to multitask as needed
Lift heavy objects up to 50lbs frequently
Work weekends and evenings
Prior working experience in retail point of sale and inventory management
Working knowledge and experience of local bike trails and parks

Position available at all three Kickstand Katy Trail locations (Definance, Augusta, Dutzow)
