Job Description: Coffee/Espresso Beverage Tech
As a Coffee and Beverage Technician, you will be responsible for service as well as installations of coffee, espresso and beverage equipment. You will work closely with the Dispatch Department to complete service requests as quickly as possible while providing the most reasonable repair to meet customer’s needs. As a Beverage Technician, you will be a representative of the company. When driving the company vehicles as well as while on job sites. You will be required to conduct yourself in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
• Installation, removal and relocation of coffee and beverage equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair coffee beverage equipment
• Ensure proper level of inventory of parts, tools, and equipment is in your assigned truck daily
• Accurately and timely complete required paperwork such as work tickets, parts lists, etc. for the customer, Dispatch, and the Billing Department
• Relay information appropriately and accurately to the customer, Dispatch and the Billing Department
• Work with manufacturer’s technical support during service repair, as needed
Qualifications:
• field experience
• Must be in good physical shape as excessive stooping and occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds is required
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
• Ability to pass background check
• Valid driver license with clean driving record
• Great customer service skills with great attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical wiring
• Mechanically inclined with a high degree of technical aptitude
